Pat Hagerty founded Tax Time in 2006 with a mission to simplify tax preparation and empower clients with financial clarity. With more than 20 years of experience in the tax industry, Pat provides visionary leadership, guiding the company’s strategic growth while fostering a culture of excellence and integrity.

Originally from Seymour, Indiana, Pat earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Butler University in Indianapolis. His career began as a Commercial Loan Officer in Indianapolis, where he developed a strong foundation in finance. In 2003, he relocated to Texas to join his family’s business, gaining hands-on experience that would later shape the success of Tax Time.

As a dedicated leader, Pat combines deep expertise with a passion for serving his community. He takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and mentoring his team to deliver exceptional results. When not steering Tax Time’s success, Pat enjoys life with his wife and two children, balancing family life with his commitment to excellence.

Originally from Chicago, Carly joined Tax Time in 2008. Her passion for tax preparation and dedication to clients has earned her a reputation as a trusted expert, delivering personalized strategies with accuracy and compliance.

As a highly experienced tax professional and participant in the IRS Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP), Carly stays current with tax laws  and compliance to provide exceptional service. She specializes in complex tax scenarios, ensuring accurate filings for every client.

In her free time, Carly enjoys cross-stitching, traveling, and spending quality time with her family—bringing the same attention to detail to her personal life as she does to her work.

Karrie joined Tax Time in 2017 after relocating from Louisville, Kentucky. She brings a wealth of experience from the financial, insurance and the legal fields. She is known for her exceptional ability to connect with clients, offering clear and tailored guidance throughout the tax preparation process.

Karrie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University and a Post-Baccalaureate degree in Legal Studies from Sullivan University. Her diverse background allows her to approach tax solutions with a well-rounded perspective and a keen attention to detail.

Outside of work, Karrie enjoys spending time with her family and her “sweet fur baby,” reading, spending time outdoors, and gardening. She finds joy in both personal growth and nature.

Loretta joined Tax Time in January 2024, bringing extensive experience in customer relations and exceptional client service. Originally from Kansas, she has called Texas home for over 30 years.

With a bachelor’s degree from Marymount College, Loretta’s career includes roles as a buyer for a data processing company and a regional manager supporting minority and women-owned businesses. She has also led corporate volunteer programs and served as a fundraising director for non-profits and assisted living facilities.

Outside of work, Loretta enjoys traveling, music, and spending time with her family and four-legged children. Her passion for helping others makes her a valued member of the team.

 Tye Haskell is a Tax Professional at Tax Time, joining the team in January 2026. He brings a strong business foundation and a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to supporting clients.

A graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Business Management, Tye previously worked as a supervisor for a global design and production company. He also spent time interning with Tax Time, gaining early exposure to the firm’s client-focused approach. Having grown up in Frisco, Tye values building relationships within the community he calls home.

Outside of work, Tye enjoys golf, fitness, and following Texas Tech sports. He’s a loyal Denver Broncos fan and brings that same focus and competitive spirit into everything he does.
