What is the turn-around time for my taxes?

During tax season, you can expect to be initially contacted within two-weeks of our receipt of your tax documents. Our tax preparers prepare taxes based upon the order in which they are received. So, during the busy season, your patience is appreciated as we strive to get to all of our clients in a timely manner.

How can I get a copy of my tax return(s)?

If your taxes have been submitted to the IRS, we are happy to email you a password protected copy of your return. Please allow 24 – 48 hours from the initial request. Contact our office for assistance.

Are we CPAs?

No. We are tax specialists dedicated to providing expert tax preparation services for individuals and small businesses. All of our tax professionals possess extensive knowledge and experience to ensure your tax needs are met with precision and care.

How much does it cost for Tax Time to prepare my tax return(s)?

The cost depends on the type of return you have and the number of forms we’ll be preparing for you. We don’t have a fixed fee structure, as each tax return is unique. If you’d like to share your previous year’s tax return with us, we can review it and provide you with a more accurate estimate of the fee.

How do I pay the IRS?

You can pay your tax bill or quarterly estimated tax payments by visiting www.irs.gov/payments.

I need an extension of time to file my taxes. What is the process?

We’re pleased to assist our current clients with filing an extension of time to file their tax returns. Please keep in mind that this extension only provides additional time to file, not to pay your tax liability. We highly recommend making an estimated payment when you file for the extension to avoid any penalties.
